If your account manages a club or a team (owner, admin, manager, or staff role), deletion is handled manually by the MembEntry team because club operational data is attached to the account. To request deletion, email us from the address linked to your account at:
When you delete your account, deletion is immediate and permanent: you can no longer sign in on any path (password, Google, or Apple), all sessions and refresh tokens are revoked, your push-notification token is cleared, multi-factor authentication settings are erased, social-login links are removed, and your email address and profile details are anonymized. We retain only an anonymized account shell and historical club records that no longer identify you: membership and payment history (kept for financial and accounting record-keeping), class bookings, personal-training appointments, and check-in records (kept as club operational records), and audit-log entries. These records are retained to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
